The University Information Center (UnIC) is the central information and communication department of the "Džemal Bijedić" University in Mostar. The main goal is to provide support to the academic community, and the implementation of IT solutions necessary in the process of work of the University and its organizational units.
As a central IT service center, our commitment is to support the University in its positioning and development in an extremely dynamic IT environment. Using a stable and state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, as well as a wide range of IT services, we monitor our University from the digital present to the digital future.
Digitization is not an end in itself. Instead, it is a means to an end. IT services aim to provide the best possible support to customers in fulfilling their daily tasks. The main focus of our operations is on the end user. We develop IT solutions that are tailored to the needs and requirements of our customers. One of our key goals is for our services to achieve high customer satisfaction.
In addition to the needs of the University itself, we support the development of other educational institutions in the area in order to connect and exchange knowledge and experiences.
